Four days is REALLY recent!

I don't know what kinds of implants you got, but some apparently produce more of this effect than others--and some people tolerate it or adjust more quickly than others.

Speaking for myself and my reStor lenses, I have found the effect fairly minor, especially considering how much better my night vision is than before the surgery.  I do see some haloing but the amount depends on the color, intensity, and distance to the light I'm looking at.  I notice that it fades, for example, as I get nearer to the light source.

I've had the lenses for six months now, and my brain has accommodated so well that I scarcely notice this kind of thing anymore.

Give yourself a little time, like a couple of months.  Be sure to check out night driving by doing it yourself, rather than as a passenger.  That way you will be better able to evaluate your own eyes' effectiveness at night.
