Rehealed scars on retina

My husband has rehealed scars on the retina in the left eye. His vision has gone blurred. He faces difficulty in driving, reading. He is 35 years of age. I have a son who is just 5 months old. As per FFA test his both eyes retina are weak. As per the test left eye retina has 91 reading and right eye 131 but as per the normal reading it should be between 185-250.How can his left eye vision be protected and restored?Would it affect the right eye? What should be the precautionary measures and medical treatment should be taken in order to protect and restore the vision?

Thankyou.

I do not know what you mean by "rehealed scars."   It seems he has thin retinas.  There no medical treatments for thin retinas in general.

He should see a retinal specialist.
