Why objects seem as though they are moving?

When I stare at an object for a few seconds or longer it appears as though it is moving. For an example I was staring at furniture and the pillows look like they rising like yeast bread but it is not moving at all. I’ve been noticed this for some time now, it have been going on for years. Like when I was grade school and the teacher would have us to look at a map the the ocean part would look like it’s moving but it’s not. Am I kind of crazy???

You do need to have a basic eye exam by an Eye MD ophthalmologist before being told "don't worry about it"  In many cases what you describe can be normal but an exam is needed.
