Hello. I'm not very good in English, sorry. I'm man 20 years old, and have high myopia(around - 15 dptr). In October 2019 i get regmatogenic retinal detachment on right eye and have scleral buckling (segmental ) and laser coagulation. I use drops : "Vigadexa" 10 days 4/day ;
and "Nevanac" 30 days 3/day.
I have a good recovery, but maybe was high intraocular pressure, because sometimes i feel some discomfort(specially after eyes movement).
At 20th day after surgery i lifted about 1,5 kg/hand and move with this about 5 minutes. After this i feel, that my pain after eyes movement are less, then early.
At the evening of this day i see new vitreous destruction, how on picture(1), and other symptoms:
"cracks" on the borders of objects, such as pic. 4 and 5(hand and window) .I see this more without glasses, but in glasses i see it, but less. I don't see this on the background of one color. Green circle is mean a dot i have through 2 months after others, and it has permanent place in sight, and "works" as "craks", i. e i see it on borders of objects, and don't see on one-color background. "Cracks" also have permanent place, but is difficult to identify, because too many of them. Sometimes i can identity new one(usually around centre of view) , and it usually disappear through some time.
Semicircle afterimage, when i close(2th pic) and open(3rd pic) eye. 3rd pic "work" only in half darkness, on default day i don't see it. This effect was about month, and leave.
Blue field entoptic phenomenon, or Sheerer's phenomenon(pic. 6). I see this in right eye, but no see in left(or very-very less). In norm people see it on the blue sky, but i see on any bright background. In darkness and night i don't see it. I never see this any time before.
When i wake up, i see something like vessels that exit the blind spot and go to the macula. (pic. 7). If i stay in darkness, and go to light, i also see it, especially when blinking.
I have some other symptoms, but they are on two eyes, and are no problem for me.
If someone have something like this, tell me how you got it and what it is, in your opinion.
I personally think it connected with intraocular pressure and anatomical structure of retina, maybe changes axial length of eye under influence pressure (besides vitreous destruction).
