Is this a floater or retinal detachment?

Hey guys so heres the dealeo. When I am on the computer (or my phone) for a long time (I mean like 3-4 hours at a time) I get this little spot in my vision that looks like a close up of a computer screen. Its like distorted for and it only shows up when I blink. But the more I blink the more it goes away. It usually shoes up when I look at something else other than on my screen. And it only happens in my left eye. Its very weird, so I guess my question is should I be worried about this or is it just a random floater? I have a touch of what could be glaucoma in my right eye but its so small that my doctor just wants to see me back in 6 months and It doesnt bother me at all. But this thing with my left eye is super weird. Any and all advice you can give me on the issue would be great! Thanks in advance!!!

The most common cause of this would be a persistent afterimage from prolonged screen use. If however its new you should report it to your eye doctor.
