Can lessor therapy lead to AMD

I was operated for Gulcoma in my right eye about 15 years ago. My opthalmologic suggested to protect my left eye which is now good, you should Lessor Therapy.So he did the therapy. The next day I got severe pain. He said the sessor therapy has precipitated Glucoma and give me Pillocarpin drops to reduce intramuscular pressure.when pain subsided after few days, he advised to Instill One drop of Pillcarpine every day (till the operation.I went to another eye doctor who treated me for some time for infection or intralocalar tension and finally could fdignose the problem as Age Related Macular Deterioration. I want to know whther Lessor therapy has any contribution to development of AMD?Secon question is whther Ozone therapy can work on Dry AMD.As I understand there is no therapy  available for Dry AMD. Only wet Amd has some treatmnnt for stopping further damage to Reina?

You need to add Preservision with lutein 2/day or Ocuvite with lutein 2/day or EyeCaps with lutein 2/day.   Based on the AREDS study these can slow down dry ARMD by 30%.

I am relieved to have confirmation that laser therapy is not the causative factor for my dry AMD.
As it is confirmed that Ozone therapy is not effective in AMd, i wll stop trying to pursue for the same.
I will add fish oil capsules and Centrum in my treatment plan.

Do you mean "laser" therapy? If so NO laser does not cause age related macular degeneration. Ozone therapy is not helpful for dry ARMD.

There is a lot you can do for dry ARMD:  eat a good diet of fruits/vegetables. Do not eat a fatty diet, do not get fat. Eat lutein containing vegetables (spinach, greens, collards, kale, etc). Don't smoke. Protect your eye from sunlight. Take AREDS plus lutein supplements (my favorite Centrum one/day and two PreserVision WITH LUTEIN 2 per day PLUS 2 or 3 fish oil capsules. Do daily Amsler grid test.
