This is your 5th post. The first one almost exactly 2 years ago. I will make some statements that I hope you will find useful.
1. I don't think you have anything that is going to lead to you going blind. If it was something rapidly progressive after 2 years you would have lost some of your sight. Also most dread eye diseases are relatively easy to diagnose and should have show in in your previous tests and consultations.
2. I don't think one thing is causing all your symptoms. Some of the things you describe are normal entoptic phenomea (seeing hundreds of white points of light moving). Read the section on same on wikipedia.
3. These types of symptoms are usually posted by people with severe underlying anxiety and/or hypochondriasis. If you have anxiety problems you should be seeing a psychiatrist and dealing with them.'
4. If you want to keep searching (again I don't think you have any dread disease) Than accumulate ALL YOUR TESTS, CONSULTATIONS AND RECORDS and make an appointment at neuro-ophthalmology at U of Miami, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. It is among the best in the world and a world source for outlandishly rare or difficulty to diagnose problems.
