Eye Shaking and neck shaking unconsciously

My eyes and neck(total head get shack) get shack when i look something like TV, Computers and looking hardly when didn't appear well. this happens without my aware. I don't feeling like shacking neck.Since my childhood i am facing this problem. I don't have any problem with eye.Some times i can't look straight properly.  Though i shown with some prestigious doctors no one come with solution. there telling, since it is there from child hood it will remain same and they said my vision is -0.25 and no need to ware spectacles.

You should see a neuroophthalmologist at a univerisity medical center.
