Sick over floaters

I have had floaters from a trauma PVD to my left eye for a week now, and they make me sick to my stomach.  I don't know if it is seeing the floaters or anxiety from the idea that my retina may tear and need surgery, but I feel terrible.  Anyone else?

Thanks for your answer!  What is your opinion? I was hit by a racquetball on the left side of my head on Saturday, had my eye examined on Sunday and again on Tuesday with dilation, no findings... but that Thursday I had a two hour flight, and it was during the flight that my symptoms began.  I was diagnosed the next morning with PVD. Did the plane ride cause the PDV, or was it just a coincident? .

You need to relax.  The chances are very small of developing a tear ff they did not find a tear on the initial exam for a traumatic PVD.
