Something moving in my eye! (Cataract)

Hello,

I'm 25 years old, and I have had cataract surgery on my left eye approx. 2 months ago.
A friend of mine has spontaneously noticed that in certain angles, he can notice something "wobbling" inside my eye,
even though I am not moving it!

After investigating a few more friends, I asked them "Do you see something odd in my eye?"
they all said it looks like there is a drop of fluid in the black area of the eye (pupil).
I have watched my eye in the mirror closely and I can too see it!

My vision is amazing, I see perfect, I have a monofocul IOL, with multifocul glasses lenses, and I get amazing results.
What could this be?? it's driving me crazy.

Also I have no pain, and no blurry vision.

Eitam.

It's a shimmer, very common with all types of IOLs. Seen several today while seeing patients. THE iol does not have to move to shimmer.

Thanks for your answer,
I have already set an appointment with him to check it.

What I don't understand is why is it "wobbling" as far as I can understand, it's pretty solid.
