I had a inferior exudative retinal detachment in my left eye . this 16th of January 2009 i had my surgery by attaching the retina using the bukel but my vision is not good at the moment also yesterday i went for my doctor and he said my retina is fixed but there is a bit a damage with the center of retina . the reason for the no improvement of my vision because of it , finally he said that i ever can't improve my vision , my present vision of my left eye is(1/60) so i am in bit a confusion of my eye problem ,I am looking for a good explanation will it be possible for the modern medical technology,
if the center of your retina, the macula, was effected then there is not much that anyone can do to help your vision.
With more time your vision may get better, but it will never be like it was before the detachment.
