Dr. O says it's possible recurrent corneal erosion
That was for the lightning bolt of pain I get in my tear ducts. Can anyone tell me if my right eye socket feeling like raw hamburger meat when I cough too hard is yet another possible manifestation of this? I feel as if I must push on the eye to hold it in when I cough. Also, I get so dizzy I nearly lose consciousness, and continence is a not happening thing. It is very embarassing. Feels sometimes like I'm on my way out. BTW, Thank you, Dr. O for your timely response to my first question.

I had the lightning affect for the first time this morning and it was toward the outside of my eye. Directly afterwards, I saw a small white streak of bright light. This is a new one. Will do, Dr. O. I will never forget your kindness in taking time to answer my questions.
