Subconsciously rolling my eyes

As far as I know I don't have any eye issues. I see perfectly fine at least. But recently people have been telling me I roll my eyes and it's caused some issues at work, and as a manager it gets rough when you try to explain to your crew or bosses you didn't even notice and didn't intend it. (I don't feel it or have it effect anything when it happens. But it seems to be whenever I focus on what they say)
Should I go and get my eyes checked out by someone else just in case? Or is this possibly due to having autism?

Yes, since it is new you should see an Eye MD ophthalmologist.  Have someone use your phone and take a video of the eye rolling and show the ophthalmologist. In most instances this is a tic or mannerism or nervous habit. it is not a component of autism.
