Super bright vision

I'm a 62yr old male,  and experiencing an unusual vision problem. It usually occurs when I'm out in the sun (playing golf)  I get a dizzy feeling,  but not drastic,  and everything begins to glow so bright I can't  look at the golf ball without squinting. . . My equilibrium and balance  gets off and walking in a straight line is.  The back of my tightens up and won't release and the bright vision continues to elevate to the point everything seems to be bright neon. Also, no illegal  drugs before,  during,  or after. . . When this occurs I can't continue golf,  or whatever I'm doing.  I feel nauseated,  but have never vomited due to it.  I get a headache,  and for several days after feel puny,  and my equilibrium seems slightly off.  I would appreciate any information and help.  Thanks

I'm a golfer playing in Missouri now in temperatures in mid to high 90's and with heat index over 100. We call it "Survival Gold".  All sorts of usual symptoms occur to people from thermal (heat) stress leading to heat exhaustion, heat prostration and the potentially fatal "heat stroke". If this only occurs playing golf in hot weather and in the sun and no other times then it likely is a part of heat stress for you.  As we age our body doesn't handle heat as well as when we're younger. You might consider trying for 7:00 or 7:30 AM tee times or play evening golf. Of course stay hydrated. Yesterday I drank 4 bottle of Gatorade and lots of water during my round of bad gold (shot 101)
