Yes just take a look at the veins in the temple and middle of the forehead of Clint Eastwood in some of the Dirty Harry movies. Very assymetrical

By the way it is a bit swollen as i mention above.
But my question is. Is it normal for one side of temple having a bit bigger veins than the other?
im 20, i also have an anxiety disorder called hypochondria. Can this affect it?
By the way as my parent said there is no swollen area, just a little bit in the temple, also used to have sinus problems since i was a kid. my point? only temporal arteritis can cause this or maybe there are some others factors to?
There is a serious disease called 'temporal arteritis" also "Giant cell arteritis" that involves the arteries of the temporal area but it is very rare younger than 55. Nevertheless i would suggest you see your family physician to see if the vein/artery is inflamed.
