Rippled vision upon head tilting

Hi. I had lasik in december 2017. And was pregnant in February. I had extreme vomiting and nausea in the first trimister which had to be stopped through medication.
When i was four months pregnant i noticed a ball of light that would just come for a second in the corner of my vision. It would either move from top to bottom or bottom to top. My doctor told me it was due to bloodpressure changes. ( i am always near 110/63 ). It would come 3,4 times a day for two months then stopped. I can see it now only when i am exhausted or too much on my phone. Any ways after that i started noticing too much about my vision. Every little thing.
So one day when i was in the toilet ( its small with white tiles) i tilted my head to the right and noticed blurred \rippled\water like vision. It only happens when i tilt. And is only seen on white nackgroun and doesnt distort my normal vision.
I have an appointment tomorrow with a doctor but its friving me crazy. I have read some scary things. Is it pregnancy related? Has it happened to anyone?

Yes he is an opthalmologist.
Can you please give a wild guess what this could be? Could it be central serous choritnopathy?
Also, I am 7 months pregnant now.. have no vision issues. Just dry eye. I have read that some women develop CSR in their pregnancy.
We don't do while guesses here.  CSR is not difficult to diagnose.  A macular OCT should show it easily.

The Opthalmologist did a fundus examination and found two small holes in the peripheral retina. He recommended me a laser surgery and also suggested me for a second opinion.
I am very scared as i got lasik 8 months ago andi am 7 montje pregnant. My vision however was 6/6 when he checked.
I am scared of the side effects it will have on my vision and my baby.
The doctor also mentioned that the holes are too small and hard to find. Do all holes need laser treatment ? Esp if they are this small?
No all holes do not need treatment especially if small, round and on the lower part of the retina. I would suggest you get a second opinion from an Eye MD that specializes in retina diseases.   As a generalization even if treatment was appropriate most surgeons would wait until after the baby was delivered and your were feeling stronger.  Most important is second opinion by retina surgeon
I went to another opthalmologist today. He checked my retina and said that the holes are on my lattice and are too small. They are not causing any problem, and no danger of a retinal detachment. He even says that the holes are very old 10,15 years old. But i can get them observed by a retinal specialist but surger isnt required. I can get them observed yearly and if i want to get surgery done its my personal choice.
So now i have an appointment with a retina specialist. He also checked my lasik flap and said it has healed.
He even said that the holes are surrounded by some thickness which is not a concern as the holes are not growing because of that.
That is great. Glad you got the second opinion. I think the retina MD will agree. Small round holes in lattice are very low risk (I have lattice in both eyes).
Thankyou Dr. Hagan. It is such a relief. :)
Happy to help

Update:
So i went to see a retina specialist today. And was not satisfied by his answers and behavior.
My appointment was at 2 and i had to wait till 4 because they had to dilate my eyes for 2 hours.
Anyways, then when he checked he said its PVD. We then informed him that the other opthalmologists  talked about holes.  So he said il check again and after checking again he said that there is just one small hole . No lattice degeneration and i should come any day tomorrow or day of tomorrow for laser.
I am super confused. As three opthalmologists had three different opinions. I think i should go for a fourth opinion now!

Too many cooks spoil the soup.  You can go with a 4th opinion or you can stick with the most conservative recommendation or with the Eye MD you have the most confidence in.
