Spot in Vision (Left Eye) When Squinting looks like a dead Pixel

For the past month I have seen a few (one or two) tiny stationary black spots (one in my right and one in my left but in different locations the left one is in my upper center vision and the one in my right is slightly to the left of my center vision). These black spots only appears when I squint my eyes in the right lighting condition, the brighter the lighting condition the less noticeable it is which is strange to me why it would be more noticeable in dim light. I can also notice this spot if i wave my finger back in forth of where the mini spot is in my eye, It looks like some tiny "dead" pixels on a faulty LED monitor. I have been to eye hospital more than 3 times already and the outcome always is "your eyes are healthy"... And I should also point out that I have been referred to a Retina Specialist just in case and all he found was a small old hole in the periphael of my left retina I did not know what that meant but he said it does not require to be fixed by a laser. He told to come back in a month for a Visual field test because of my symptoms.

Extra Information
The small spots do not interfere with my every day vision because I only notice them if I squint
But what I'm worried the most is will these spots get bigger overtime I tend to get anxious alot and worry about almost anything so if anyone has a solution I will really appreciate it.

Did anyone get to the bottom of this? I have the exact same symptoms... Single black/grey dot in the middle of my vision. Doesn't appear when my eyes are open, but appears when I slowly move my glasses over the central part of my vision. Like a dead pixel. No squinting needed to reproduce this effect.

I have the same thing! When I put my sunglasses on slowly or if something waved back and forth in my field of vision of my right eye, I see it too! Its very strange and I worry about it a lot and it even makes me feel very depressed when I worry about it a lot because I panick and I always hate the floaters in my vision too.
And to be honest reading that someone else has it makes me feel a little bit more calm

Calm is good. About 30% of the people on this planet have floaters.

Well you've seen a retina MD and everything was okay.  Watchful waiting is probably a good option. If nothing else develops or changes not to worry. If something changes or new develops return for a reexam.

Thanks Dr. Hagan I know I said I can only see this spot if I squint but I can also notice this spot if I move my finger or the lens of my glasses back and forth near my eye where the location of the spot is really slowly but it tends to only appear with contrast like a clearish color. I also tend to notice it much more in the morning when I first wake up and go to a dark to a light room,

Do not judge vision when squinting the eyes. there are lots of posts of people with normal eyes that get fixated on things then see when squinting the eyes tightly. Squinting creastes all sorts of optical aberations, interference patterns, and even distorts the eye. So quite squinting and if your eye exam by the retina eye MD was OK then move on and enjoy life.  Only take time to reasess if these occur without any squinting or blinking hard.
