Vitrectomy symtoms

Had Vitrectomy surgery on the left eye five days ago and had a air bubble instead of a gas bubble so I was instructed to sleep sitting down until bubble disappeared, which it did on the fourth day. I have been seeing like spider webs and a black dot floating inside my eye. I did fell down yesterday and hit the back of my head and now I noticed that my vision has decreased like if some one is dimming down the lights. Should I go to an emergency room right away?
