Waering contacts

I wear contacts and have been for the last 6 months. recently for the last two months i got bloodshot eyes, i noticed because my eye was always irritated or itchy during class. i bought eye drops bt that didn't help. i changed my contact lens twice but the bloodshot eye wont go away. i had it on bothe eyes but after the 2nd time i changed my contacts, my right eye still gets boodshot and really irritated. I clean them daily and wash my hands and everything. the top part of my right eye gets all bloodshot and the along the rim  of the coloured part of my eye and a little bit into the white part of my eye has a weird grey ish colour. i dont know what is causing it. Does the check up for my bloodshot eye at an optometrist cost a lot as well?

Hello again. I went to my opthamologist just today for this exact eye problem and I was diagnosed with Iritis. My doctor told me that my eye was just irritated from my contacts and that with a few days without my contacts and using antibiotic eye drops my eye will clear up. I plan on not using my contacts for two weeks.

Hi. I have the same exact problem an im pretty worried about my eye. It started a few days after my eye got irritated because I took a nap in them. I have huge veins going down into the top of my iris and the rim of my iris is turning gray.
I was just wondering if you ever went to your opthamologist for that and if you did could you please tell me what you were diagnosed with, and if it was serious?

If you wear contacts you should be under the care of an optometrist or ophthalmologist. you should return to that person for further evaluation.
