Weak eye lattice

I'm 21, female, recently  2 weeks before I had scratched eye then been to eye clinic had medications, it helped the scratched eye but it started itching in both of my eye, after a week I went again, he said it's just a allergy, and after checking my eye, he also said I've a weak lattice spot in my left eye and it needs laser to avoid any future term problems. I searched over the internet regarding this issue, my myopic powers are merely -1.75, but it usually occurs in patients with high myopic powers? Should I get this laser done? And if there are any complications after getting the laser done…? Please help.

I would still get a second opinion,  you can ask for a different eye MD at the same hospital.  Physicians should never be offended if people want second opinions.  Unfortunately some are. I have always been happy with second opinions and suggest them frequently in my practice on complicated problems.  If possible see an retina specialist.   If a different group of eye MDs is available you can also go outside the group.   Surgeons never know if there will be complications but every surgical procedure has possibility of complications.  Laser for lattice would include:  failure to prevent a RD, swelling of the macula, a light or dark spot projected into the field of vision 180 degree opposite the laser treatment, pupil that becomes larger than it was before laser.  Lastly the standards for treating lattice vary considerably. Some doctors treat way to much and perhaps a few not enough. The fact is the overwhelming number of lattice patients with low risk factors don't need treatment.

I would get  second opinion. If possible I would try and find an Eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in retina disease.  Lattice is very common, I have it in both eyes and never treated. Many studies show 3-6% of people have some lattice. You are not highly myopic and I'm assuming no one in your family has had a retinal detachment.   I think a good chance a second opinion will feel laser not indicated.  Laser treatment not without side effects.

Actually I've been to Asg eye hospital and was seen by an eye MD opthalmologist only?
Also, you're right, I don't have any family background retinal detachment. I didn't get your last line will there will be any complications after getting laser done?
