Is a splash of Rain puddle water in the eye dangerous?

Hello dear doctor:) I have a question for you today.it was snowing in the morning. Then the snowing stopped. So I took advantage to go in the park and play soccer by myself. The soccer ball bounced on a puddle and that type of water splashed in my right eye. The water seemed dark and filthy. I had no artificial tears or saline solution and took me five hours to go home to use artificial tears. But on the way home I started to have eye pain and headaches. Doctor do you think I could be at risk for bacterial, fungul, or worst Acanthamoeba Keratitis?
