What can be done for visible blood vessels in the sclera?

I was on a medication that raised my blood pressure, which caused a blood vessel in part of my sclera to become permanently visible. It starts at the inner corner and extends to the iris. It's noticeable and has caused me a lot of emotional distress because my eye now looks diseased. What options are there? I will travel anywhere to get this treated.

No likely you are going to find a physician willing to cauterize the vessel, if you do more usually 'pop out' Try Lumify eye drops, okay for chronic use.

Thanks for your response. What does pop out mean?
If you cauterize one blood vessel then the blood just takes another route through another vein. Then that vein has its blood and the one from the cauterized vessel so it dilates due to the increased volume
