What is the treatment?
I did bilateral dcr but the condition is worsening and i suffered inflammation despite di corticosteriods and antinflammatory

You would need to work with the best oculoplastic surgery team you have access to, one that specializes in DCR failures. You may need Jones Tube implacement. Sometimes this means going to medical schools or large referral centers.

The surgeon removed the tubes since 3months but no currence in addition to the redness of the eyes
Jones tube is not the same as DCR. Also it's pretty simple you either stick with your surgeon or get second opinion.
