What should be noted about white without pressure?

Here is my inspection result: https://imgur.com/a/TMmbmoC
My doctor didn't tell me that "white without pressure" needs to be treated. He suggested that I review it at least every year. Do I want to know whether it is a retinal degeneration? Is there any relationship between white without pressure and retinal tear? Can I still carry out sports activities in my daily life (basketball, gym fitness, etc.)?
Can you see other problems from this photo?

White without pressure does not indicate anything dire or that anything bad will happen. There is no treatment for it as it does not need treatment. About 15% of all people have WWP.  As far as your activities you need to ask the eye doctor (who should be a Eye MD ophthalmologist) about your activities. That may depend on other things noted.
