White pimple on caruncle?

28 F. I just noticed what looked like a pimple or something on my inner corner I believe is the caruncle on my right eye. I never had this before but usually my inner corner will be inflamed if I rub my eyes more or my allergies are bad. It feels itchy and swollen and like I have something in my eye . I am going to be calling my eye doctor but just want some reassurance for the time being if it could be serious or something.

That has the appearance of a common problem on the caruncle a cyst with sebaceious (oil) like material in it. Nothing that looks serious or malignatnt.

Thank you so much ! I have noticed my eye is more dry and have some sinus pressure but it could be because theirs something in it. I just had some anxiety of it since it just randomly appeared! Thank you for your response.
It is not likely that this whitish lesion would cause "sinus pressure'   This white lesion has a smooth covering and rarely do people 'feel it'. you can of course use artificial tears for the dryness.
Okay. Yea I just feel like something is in the corner of my eye though and my eye is dry and when I did cry very very little tears came out. How do I get rid of this? And this couldn’t be a mass right?
You do need to see an eye MD ophthalmologist to evaluate your complaints. Please work on making the appointment soon. What I wanted to do was assure you it is not likely that the white spot you see is highly worrisome and also that there is likely not one thing causing all your complaints. However an in person Eye MD exam is warranted.
I have an appointment with my Eye doctor tomorrow! Thank you for the reassurance!
If you have time, as a learning experience for others, post what you find
I went to my eye doctor! He put coloring in it and said it’s nothing concerning just like a calcium deposit like you’d get in your eye lids. I do have a check up with him next month so just gonna go from there and if I want something done he is going to send me to an optometrist. It was in fact absolutely nothing concerning !
Excellent, thanks for the follow up
