Eye blister/sore infection?? I don't know can someone please help...

I have this blister type ball of puss on the inside of my lower eye lid. I've had it for about four days now but thought it was just a wisp or a sty as only the outside of my eye was visible to me. Then, I was fooling around with my eye earlier and pulled down the lower eyelid to discover what looks like a cm long and wide (roughly it may be just under) ball of yellow fluid and it's quite itchy too.. I've been to the pharmacy but the chemist could only tell me that she didn't know what it was and to use eye drops. I'm booking an appointment with my GP tommorow but I'm really worried and would like to know what this is... can anyone help me???
