Two years ago I was diagnosed with macular pucker. At that same time I noticed that when I would come inside after exercising out in the sun, I would get a bright spot in vision that would last less than a minute. It would start out small and expand to a kidney bean shape, always in the upper left quadrant. I assumed it was due to retinal traction with the ERM and my drs. agreed. However, I now realize that I see the same bright spot in the other eye at the same time. Also in the upper left quadrant. It's usually after exercising in sunlight, but twice it's happened just getting out of bed. Lasts only about a minute. I have apt with Dr. Olsen in May end of Aug for ERM, but this is concerning me now. Can brain lesions present like this?
