best iol for me after cataract surgery
hello,
I am 30 years old. I am -6.5 myopic and 0.75 astigmatizm in both eyes. I have developed cataract. My problem is which iol to choose. I will prefer monofocal; but I wont be able to see the near. I heard mini-monovision which is one eye is set to distance and other eye is slightly myopic. Have anyone tried this?

Yes, many people have used mini-monovision and are quite happy with it. There are many postings regarding this in the forums here; you can find them in the archives. JodieJ, in particular, has a number of posts on this subject.
