i tried to leave you a p.m. note but it did not work.
first, let me say that your advice and help are a god-send for people, (like me!) who are not getting answers or relief with their doctors. thank you, thank you!!
long story..... but i have had 5 eye surgeries and after last, recent retinal detachment and vitrectomy, am left with (cme)edema and puckering.
dr is treating the cme---FINALLY--- but is pretty useless and uncaring that everything , to me, looks distorted; i have all the typical anisiek. symptoms.
as you are from chicago (as am i) i would like to know if you are able to share with me a referral of a competent retinal specialist whom you trust. my last 3 dr.s (1 corneal dr. included) have been atrocious and negligent in caring for my complicated case.
please feel free to p.m. me if that is more appropriate.
i am at a loss as to where to turn....
