Update- 1 month after my vitrectomy

One month now. Doctor says things look stable.  Some signs of PCO. Sigh.

1. Pressure remains at 21, same as 2 weeks back, even with 2drops of Azarga daily. In fact, pressure was fine after the op, but a week later shot up above 30. Doctor said i am responsive to Tobradex. Changed to Cravit and Lotemax and Azarga, and 4 days later came down to 21. A further 2 weeks later which is now, still at 21?  Is this alright? Told to continue with Azarga and review in 3 weeks. Interestingly, my left eye also measured 21 today.

2. Doctor also looked at mt left retina and said she found an old tear that had healed by itself? Scary. Is it possible?  She had checked my left eye before no more than 2 months back and she didn't mention then so this had occurred recently? I did not manage to probe her further. My doc isn't very communicative and does not like too many questions asked.

We can't tell you many of the things your physician should tell you. Presumably your LE has been checked before and no hole found. That would indicate the hole is new. Yes many holes seal themselves and not require treatment. An IOP of 21 is not worrisome.
