Could it not be a pvd or retinal tear
Because I also have like one or two VERY small floaters black ones?? Could a retinal tear or a pvd cause these type of flashes ??
Obviously in a forum like this I can't tell you what it is or isn't and suggest you go in to see an ophthalmologist Eye MD.
Can retinal tears cause these type of flashes however ? I wanna know if it id a sign of something serious or could be
=
I'm sorry what does that mean ??

Okay doctor I just have a question I have a very small tear in my peripheral, I don't have any history of trauma nor does my family have retinal tears or history of retinal problems I am only nearsighted with diopters -5.00 in both eyes and I heard this can't cause retinal problems then how does this happen , what is the cause of my tear??
And plus sparkles are not a result of a retinal tear and neither are little lights and also I only have one or two floaters which are black and retinal tears cause showers or floaters
Its not a tear its a round atrophic hole in bottom right peripheral  does this need treatment as I have heard that atrophic hole do not need treatment??
done
