Using Lanosterol or Lanomax eye drops for cataracts

Hello.

I have read some stuff about fighting cataracts with eye drops containing a substance called Lanosterol. One eye-drop product that contains Lanosterol and that can supposedly cure cataracts in humans is Lanomax.

It appears that some company is selling Lanomax eye drops online (www.lanomax.com/faq.html).

So, is this Lanomax product legitimate? Can this product cure cataracts in humans? Is there *any* eye-drop product that can sure cataracts without cataract surgery?

Thanks for any info.

No there is no medication that can stop or reverse or prevent cataracts. The claims made by this company are bogus. There have been drops sold to prevent, stop, reverse cataracts for over a century.   Their claims are totally bogus and misstate the studies that include in their advertising.  What does cause cataracts: heavy drinking, smoking, nicotine, obesity, diabetes, steroids, heavy sun exposure, bad diets, trauma to the eye these can all be modified by lifestyle changes.  Getting older is something none of us can do anything about.
