Eye flashes

for the past few years i have had small flashes of light in my eyes, it isn't very visible when i am in a shaded area and my vision isn't bad, but when i look into the sky i see sparkle pigmentations.. does anyone have any information on this subject? Anything said is a big help thanks.

Can't tell without eye exam by Eye MD. Odds are its not.
