eye pain behind eye eye redness, does not go away NO ALLERGIES!

I HAVE BEEN HAVING THIS ISSUE for over 2 months and my eyes are just getting redder everyday and have veins going throughout on both sides, i get more pain on my right side but both eyes are red, the pain i feel most when moving eyes side to side and also seems to be behind the eye, i know its not a migraine cus the pain does not go away it stays all day when i go to sleep and awake, i have possible crohns of the stomach but have not been diagnosed could that have anything to do with red eyes and eye pain? i went to the opthalmologist and he said i seem to have eye layer irritation but he doesnt understand that i did not irritate my eye and this redness and pain wont go away, my vision is good and everything else.

any ideals?

You still have the problem so get a second opinion from another ophthalmologist. Eye MD.

i have had a couple blood test ran for thyroid and to no result any other options? also i went to the eye doctor and he didnt notice anything other than a little eye irration supposedly he though from scratching my eye when i never did.

See an neuroophthalmologist find one at www.aao.org   Your problem may be due to body disease like thyroid problems.
