My mother has just been diagnosed with leaking fluid behind her eyes after going into the eye surgeons with complaints of blurry / failing vision. They have been doing some kind of "state of the art" procedure involving giving her shots in the eye every two weeks. She does have type 2 diabetes.
How can she stop her vision from worsening? Or what procedures are there to stabilize her vision?
It is imprecise and vague. You would need to ask the Eye MD taking care of him. I suspect it means diabetic macular edema which is leaking of fluid from weak diabetic blood vessels in the retina.

What does "fluid behind the eye mean"?
