If you are working with Texas Children's Hospital they will have the expertise to put you in touch with anyone doing that type of work. Personally I have not read about it.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I am working with someone at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston TX with my strabismus. Due to my special circumstances because I was not born with this, I need to find someone with the ability to implant the lens ontop of my eye and not into glasses. If you know of any specialists in this research, I would greatly appreciate it if you could point me in their directions. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I believe you mean horizontal extraocular prisms. These are prisms built into glasses and are not in the eye (-intraocula).
You need to see a strabismus specialist these are usually called Pediatric ophthalmologists because most strabismus is in kids.
You can find one at www.aao.org.
