loss of vision temporary

I have had a few bouts of loss of vision in my right eye over the summer, hence they ended up finding a PFO and did the closure in Aug 2008, I am on Coumdain and aspirin and am 37 years old, I lost my vision again in my right eye 2 nights ago, it goes away like a shade covering it then slowly comes back, the problem is this happens when I do the exact same thing, I put my 7 kids to bed, I read ususally laying on my left side I turn off the light when done reading(a tableside lamp) and then my vision goes away.  What could it be now?  Blood pressure good, cholestrol and no migraines everall other things look good not overweight and extremely active, I know I have to go back into the Dr next week, but htought maybe someone had an idea!

Thanks you so much

PFO is a hole in the heart, that maybe  a blood clot had passed through to the eye, but obviously that is not the case
