my eye's pupil not stable

I'm having this problem since my childhood. I had taken polio's injection and that dose of polio side effected my eyes nerve  after that I'm unable to see anything clearly with my straight head. if I want to see anything in front of me i have to move my face/head to 15-30 degree right than only my eyes can see properly.I  consulted many doctors in india but they kept saying it will be cure automatically and some gives some eye drops etc. but problem remained same after 23 years.

Given your history I think it unlikely that any physician anywhere in the world can help your problem. You have see many doctors and your have no improvement in 23 years. Try and protect what vision you have from getting worse.

1. It is highly unlikely that polio injection used 23 years ago would cause this.
2. Your problem sounds like disease of the macula used for straight ahead vision.
3. Surely you understand that if it hasn't cleared in 23 years it isn't at all likely to clean no matter what you were told.
