Even if we could say for sure that it is "floaters" it needs to be checked to be sure no holes, tears in retina no retina detachment and no bleeding in eye. Have him see an ophthalmologist.

But I think my father's problem in his right eye have connection about "floaters"?
There are any number of things it could be swelling in the cornea, inflammation in the anterior chamber, a cataract, most common though its vitreous detachment.
He needs to see an ophthalmologist for a diagnosis and to determine if its something to worry about.
