question about floaters, white without pressure, etc

Hello,

I have floaters in both of eyes. Also I have white without pressure and a tuft in my left eye.My vision is -1.50 in both eyes. The opthamologist wasnt concerned about it. I just wanted to know if this was related to retinoschisis. I read something online about this. Can I get your info please??

Hi Dr. Oyakawa,

I appreciate your help. Not sure if you saw my first message.

Here are my questions.
1. Is this retinoschisis or related to it?
2. Can a tuft lead to some kind cancer or increase the chances of having one?
3. Also can cystic retinal tuft can it lead to cancerous?
4. Is cystic retinal tuft always benign?

thanks

Brian

Nothing to worry about.  Tuffs very rarely develop a tear.
