You will need to discuss cataract surgery and cornea surgery to try and rehabilitate the front of your eye and hope the accident did not damage the retina, optic nerve or macula. ABOVE ALL: protect your good eye from injury, eye disease and lead a healthy lifestyle to minimize the chance of diabetes, hypertension, etc that might affect the good eye. Don't smoke.
