There are other oral antibiotics if you need them. Remember this is a chronic problem and ongoing cleaning of lids with foam cleaners will be necessary to keep from flaring up.

and i don't know what is it? I think that azasite and warm compress are the best medicament for MGD (posterior blepharitis) and oral tetracyclines have much adverse effects to me.
The treatment of MGD and regular blepharitis is not that much different and you are on the preferred medication. If it doesn't improve you may need oral tetracycline. Use the search feature and read the many posts about the treatment of blepharitis. Consider adding daily or every other day lid "medicated shampoo" with Ocusoft Foam lidcleaner or TheraTears Sterilid Foam eyelid cleaner both over the counter.
