tropicamide can damage the sphincter muscle?
hello!
i have used tropìcamide 1% eye drops to treat an accommodative spasm for 4 months, 1 drop in each eye, every night. and now i see ghost images with my left eye, if i put light in my eye i see normal. i think that tropicamide damaged the sphincter muscle and the pupil remains bigger than the other eye. i have stop the treatment 3 weeks ago.
is possible that tropicamide damage the muscles eye forever? im afraid.
