I'm sorry to hear that. I know how it is, I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks last yr and then an ectopic in May. But keep your faith.I never lost it and now I'm pregnant with twins thanks to IVF....I will be praying for you. A break is good, after 16 months of trying and the 2 failed pregnancies we finally took a 4 month break before moving on to IVF. It helped because I was relaxed and stopped thinking about making babies and trying to push my body, so just take this time for yourself and enjoy it to the max with your husband cuz once you have babies or get pregnant everything changes....God bless you!!!
I did not know hpt detect beta of 25 or higher!!! Thanks.
I HATE THEM with all my heart!!!
I just had a miscarriage. First day with no blood. I will rest until January and try again.
I think you will be ok, you had 4 embies transferred which is a great number, it increases your odds greatly. And you had a great protocol. Don't loose your faith and remember hpt only detect hcg of 25 and higher so it's possible that when u took it it was still low. please keep me updated. ...I'll be praying for you.
I took a pregnancy test 11 days past transfer. I tried clearblue not pregnant - pregnant. The first test I took said pregnant and then for some reason I took it again a few hours later and it said not pregnant I tried a few other tests all said not pregnant. So yes it could just be too early. My first beta number was 9 very low and I am now 18 weeks pregnant!
I did not get a + test until weeks after I was pg did the 3dt and my first bets results I was 3 and was told I was having a chemical miscarriage. The first ultrasound no heart beat and was told the baby was not viable. Well I have a healthy 16 mo old. I think what happens in a 3dt is you could actually implant late I believe to this day I implanted 8 days after transfer. For one I felt it and my due date was always off due to the measure of the baby off by one week. So keep your chin up and have faith. I would NOT use a digital test because I got NOT PREGNANT for several weeks after my transfer.
Dear trying to conceive,
Babywanted is right, the test is not 100% reliable. Keep up hope, and more importantly keep the faith. praying for you and your beta. Mine is Wednesday, so just around the corner too.
Big hug,
Sam.
Thank you for your response. I'm hoping and praying I am as lucky as you and could still get a decent beta result. There is no telling since symptoms are all related to progesterone. I will go in tomorrow w/ my head held high and leave it in God's hands.
As for tonight, I'll probably go to bed early...I wasn't feeling much earlier, but now my emotions are doing a number on me.
p.s. I hope yous 2nd beta numbers increase tremendously. I wish you much luck and God Bless.
I don't know how about other brands rather than clearblue digital with "pregnant or not pregnant" which is very accurate and could detect before the beta. I tried other brands and never get the positive. With the clearblue digital if I get "not pregnant" I used to break it apart to look for the faint line, if it's there, that mean my beta just still low.
Let see tomorrow for the beta, and please don't give up hope....or even give up to conceive.
If you have retirement plan, it should be an option to consider. I'm using it for this round. I wish you the best.
