Was your period normal length and flow? If it was lighter than usual, you may be pregnant. The blood could have been implantation bleeding... wait three days and take a home-pregnancy-test. It would take a few days from now to show up + if you just finished bleeding. If your period was normal, you most likely are just having a surge in hormones and are not pregnant. The only way to know... is to wait and take a test :)
Good luck either way. Just relax...
Also, women don't normally start feeling sick until at least seven days past implantation... so if you feel sick already, it might just be a touch of the flu...
