BBT dip of 0.5 on 7dpo

This is my first month bbt charting and also ttc. Before ovulating my temp's were in 97.1 - 97.6 range but since ovulating have been in the low 98's. I am currently 7 dpo but when I woke up this morning they had dropped to 97.5? How can I tell if this is an implantation dip? How long do they approximately last? I have had no noticeable signs of anything besides having lots of extremely crazy dreams for the past 4 nights in a row. I am not at all nauseous but have been extremely sleepy in the afternoon and restless most of the night. Any advice on the dip would be much appreciated? thanks : )

Thanks for the info! : ) I'm anxious to see what tomorrow brings. Kind of caught me off guard when the temp went down this morning? I was expecting them to stay high for the remainder of my cycle and was a little concerned with the dip. Is this your first time ttc? Best of luck to you also!!!

That's a good question. I'd look for some implantation spotting in the next couple of days. Also, just look at tomorrow's temp and see if it jumps back up. I think 7DPO is about the right time for an implantation dip. If the temp goes back up tomorrow and stays up, then there's a good chance that's what this dip was! Good luck! Crossing my fingers for you!
