Question

I have been visiting websites such as this for such a long time without posting... I'm hoping someone can identify with my situation?! I have been ttc for almost 2yrs. I'm currently in my tww after my first ivf attempt. I had a good response but ended up with a slight case of OHSS. Anyways, the doctor did a 3 day transfer. He transfered 2 good quality 8 cell embryos 6 days ago. Since 3 days ago I have been experience period like cramps??? I'm obviously concerned that this is not a good sign. Anyone have this experience? Good luck to everyone out there!

newbie89- I am right there with you! I had my transer on 6.17 and I find out on Monday. I too have cramps and 2days post transfer I had spotting it went away and I wake up this morning and it's back. I am reallly trying not to panic here. But of course you know I'm not doing a very good job.  I just sit her and pray and believe that I will still get a BFP on Monday!  The ladies here make me feel better in knowing that anything is possible and every symptom is different.

Thanks for getting back to me ladies.Melanie, I'm sorry to hear about your bfn. Stay positive! My beta isn't until next week Tuesday. How about yours Tridy? I did talk to the nurse about my ohss yesterday and mentioned the cramps. She said unforunately, they never really know what all that cramping might mean. She mentioned cramping could also be cause by how large the ovaries are?

we are in the same boat here just had transfer 4 days ago and since yesterday feel all AF cramps , sometimes i even go check i do not know what to think. I wish you all the luck

Hi, I just did my first ivf and experienced cramping everyday, even though I had a bfn, I believe that most if not all of us felt that way...I really think all the hormones we take cause a lot of these symptoms, also sore bbs, etc..the worst thing you can do during your 2ww, is stress...try to keep busy..let me know how you make out...
