You will have one that sticks, I can just feel it! Actually I feel two sticking :-) Hey, Tina has a good idea...all those extra eggs, save them cause once you're done having your 4 kids :-) you never know who may need the other eggs :-) Our kids can be related ! ha ha
Every clinic is different. Mine calls every day. But they don't tell me the grades, just how many are still good. They said they don't like to give too much info because that can all be decieving. The Embryologist told me that you can have an embryo that is doing great and it not take at all, or you can have one that's no so great and get a perfectly healthy baby from it. Also told me you can have an embryo that is starting to deteriorate and when it implants it will start growing the cells back and do just fine. So, please don't stress yourself too much over all that either. Just sit back and relax, if at all possible....LOL
Hey there!
I don't believe they will call us every day, just the day of the transfer. I can probably expect a call on day 3, and then on day 5 if we go onto day 5. I guess they will grade them and give us that information the day of the transfer.
Wow!!! Woooooooowwwwwwwwwwww. Cant ask for much more than that, can ya? YEAH!
This may be a dumb question, but do they call you with a report every day now to let you know how the "maybebabies" are doing?
Good luck!
It's a good thing you have this many. There are bound to be babies in there. Once you get your BFP, you can decide to freeze the rest if you want so you can try for more children later or you can adopt them out to someone who is in the same boat as you and the rest of us. So, don't be sad there are so many. Be happy. It gives you so many more options.
No it's not a split cycle so we do get to keep all of them. Although to be honest with you, I wish it were a split cycle. I am happy but sad that there are so many.
Don't you think Tina that one of them has to stick. I mean statistically speaking do you really think that we could go through all of these and it not work??? Ah the worries!!
I know they monitor them closely. This is where they will start being graded. Some probably will not make it to the 5 day mark. Of the ones that do, the ones that are perfect in every way will be grade 1. The ones that are really good but slightly behind the g1's will be grade 2, etc. WOW!!! I am still in amazement that that many made it to this stage!!! FANTASTIC!!! You are sooooo lucky! You get to keep all of them right? This is not a split cycle or anything? OOoooohhhhh Weeeeeee, that can be a lot o babies :)
Wooo hoooo!!!!! Wow! That's awesome!! :) I'm not sure, as you know b/c I've never done this. If it were me, I would definately just call them back! That's what they're there for , and especially since you're new to this too, they'll understand your concern! :)
