72.3 progesterone level

Hi Everyone
I need your help, can anyone tell me what to think about 72.3 prog level on the CD 21 (7days after ovul). This was on my 2nd rounf of 50mg  of clomid. The next day after this blood test, my breast start to hurt a bit, nausea, back pain and stomach pain. I would normally getthese pains before my period that I think I'm going to get this weekend.
Anyone can shed some light on that 72.3 level and what that may mean? Could I be preganant?  We've been trying for over a yr, had one misc. This drives me crazy.
Thank you for any input on this.
Grace

With my daughter I was on it 3 rounds and got preggers on the last round while on 100mg. She is now almost 3.

With this pregnancy I was on 150mg of Clomid (as 100mg did not work this time) and ended up needing back surgery so I took a 2 month break from Clomid and ttc and got pregnant on my own. ;)  Go figure...

Thank you so much for the input. I'm not on progesterone at all, just clomid 50mg. My OBGYN did this test first time.  How long did youstay on clomid?

That progesterone level simply indicates that you had a very nice strong ovulation. It can also indicate that you released more than 1 egg. However it does not indicate pregnancy. On clomid I had some high progesterone levels but was not preggers. :(

Are you also taking progesterone? That can cause high prog levels as well at 7dpo.

Best of luck. I know the suspense is awful... I have been in your shoes myself. :)
