All you other ladies, how is everyone?  Follies being taken out? Embies growin? Transfers done?  Betas?  
I'm "au naturalle" as Helen calls it this month, so nothing exciting here except trying to weasel some free and/or cheap Gonal-f from my neighbor that just had IVF.

I want to thank everyone again for their support and positive vibes.  I guess it worked, my beta is 101 today.  My next test is in a week.

Ok, not to be stupid or anything, but what does that mean that your beta is 101 today?  Can I jump up and down?

Good ol' AF just arrived, so I am starting part 2 of my cycle tonight (2mg tab of estrace, plus 125 mcg inj of Ganirelix).  Miky, I am hot on your trail!  Our cycles are within hours of each other...how freaky is that?!?

Sally, because you are going au naturalle this month, does that mean no shaving, body grooming, self-care, etc.? :-)

they told me that at 14 dpo they expect beta (which measures your hcg level) to be around 100.  So, mine was as expected.  Low beta, e.g. 20 at 14 dpo also means positive but it's usually indicative of some problem, e.g. ectopic pregnancy, chemical pregnancy or a very early miscarriage.  Very high beta at 14 dpo (e.g. above 200) typically means multiples.  Your hcg levels (i.e. your beta) should double every 2-3 days.  When your hcg is above 1500 you can see things on the u/s.  

Glad your AF is on time.  When is your first u/s??  Wishing you many juicy follies!!

I hope we will both have BFP this month and then we can join Helen and complain on how we cannot sleep at night because of babies!!!!
